With many of the top tear lift trucks now being of similar quality and cost, the feedback from new customers is that they feel they have been let down by their incumbent service provider and not the equipment, though the reliability of the equipment is generally determined by the service provider. Not be able to attend call-outs for days even though claiming to have hundreds of field engineers are comments that are to common place in our industry.
